- 6% Sales Tax and 4.5%
Amusement Tax are not included in the above rates.
- Daily Rentals are 8 hours. 9:00 a.m. to 5:00
p.m.
- Weekly
rentals are Monday at 9:00 a.m. to Friday at 5:00 p.m.
- Boats returned after 5 p.m.
will be subject to a minimum $25.00
late fee per 1/2 hour.
- Boats returned to us unreasonably dirty will be subject to a clean
up fee of $100.00. This includes
fishing dirt, food and other trash.
- NO NIGHT OPERATION - All Overnight Rental boats must be docked by 7:00 p.m.
( Rental boats do not have lights.)
- Pontoon boat seating
capacity varies from 8 to 12 people.
- An I.O. Ski boat seats 6
persons. (max.)
- Life jackets and safety
equipment are provided.
- No infants or children under 30 lbs. are permitted on any rental.
- No
pets are permitted on any rental.
- Lessee assumes all
responsibility for damage to boats, equipment, personal injury, property
damage and DNR citations while leased.
- Advanced reservation fee
for a 40-60 HP pontoon boat will be $ 50.00 per rental
day.
- Advanced reservation fee
for a 90-130 HP pontoon boat will be $ 100.00 per rental
day.
- Advanced reservation fee
for a ski boat will be $ 100.00 per rental day.
- We accept cash, check,
VISA, MasterCard or Discover credit cards for the reservation fee.
- Reservation fees are
non-refundable, but are applied to rental fee upon pick-up.
- There will be no refunds due to weather or lessee change of
plans.
- Boat and equipment reserved
with a deposit, will be held for 30 minutes after time specified and
reservation cancelled unless we are notified. A different time period
will be given if there is availability.
- Daily Reservations made
by phone, will be held for 30 minutes only.
- A $
100.00 cash Security Deposit is required
on all rentals at the time of pick-up.
- All rentals start with a
full tank of fuel and must be
re-fueled prior to returning the boat at the end of the lease by the
lessee.
- Breakdown time is built
into rental rates. After notification of breakdown, rental will be
repaired or replaced within a reasonable time. We reserve the
right to substitute a different rental price range according to the
advertised price.
- The operator is not allowed
to be under the influence or consume alcohol or narcotics.
- We reserve the right
to refuse rental to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
